Municipal Court

 

 

Municipal Court is held each Tuesday at City Hall, 30 East Eau Claire Street starting at 1 p.m.  Approximately 60 adult hearings and 50 trials are held annually.

Juvenile Court is held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at City Hall starting at 4 p.m.  Approximately 25 juvenile hearings and 20 trials are held annually.

The Municipal Judge is elected for a 4-year term in the even numbered years.  Eric Kasper holds the position through April 2028.
