Municipal Court



Municipal Court is held each Tuesday at City Hall, 30 East Eau Claire Street starting at 1 p.m.  Approximately 60 adult hearings and 50 trials are held annually.

Juvenile Court is held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at City Hall starting at 4 p.m.  Approximately 25 juvenile hearings and 20 trials are held annually.

The Municipal Judge is elected for a 4-year term in the even numbered years.  Eric Kasper holds the position through April, 2024.

Rice Lake Municipal Warrants will be cancelled when the judgment amount owed the City has been paid in full.  Make money orders payable to the City of Rice Lake or pay in person with cash at 30 East Eau Claire Street Rice Lake WI 54868 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Personal checks are not accepted.
