Building Permits / Inspections

The City offers an online method to submit building permit applications, which allows applicants to submit permit applications at their convenience. To submit an application, click the red "Online Permit Application" icon above.

Allow 4-5 business days for the City to process your application. Processing times are subject to change dependent on the number of applications to be processed. To ensure timely processing of your application, complete and attach all necessary information.

Permits expire two (2) years after the date of issuance. The City requires that any expired permit be renewed by means of a permit extension. Note any permit extension shall include additional fees and all extensions are coordinated through the Building Inspector.
