Police-School Liaison Program

In April 2018, the Rice Lake Police Department and the Rice Lake Area School District were awarded a COPS grant to re-implement a police-school liaison officer back into the Rice Lake Schools. In September 2023 we added another police-school liaison to our district. Officer Andy can be found mainly at the Rice Lake High School and Haugen Elementary buildings while Officer Daniel can be found at the Rice Lake Middle School, Hilltop Elementary or Tainter Elementary buildings.
